These Terms govern use of the Camden County Wildcats Football website and participation in optional communications offered by the Camden County Wildcat QB Club.
1. Website Services
Our website provides information about Camden County Wildcats football, Quarterback Club activities, fundraising initiatives, team events, and community support opportunities.
Information is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated without prior notice.
2. Queen of Hearts Fundraiser
The Club conducts the Queen of Hearts fundraiser using Zeffy as a third-party ticketing and payment platform.
Fundraiser participation is governed by the applicable official raffle rules, eligibility requirements, and ticketing conditions.
Information collected during ticket purchases may be used to process entries, maintain transaction records, verify participation, and contact winners.
Providing a phone number for participation does not automatically enroll a purchaser in promotional or recurring SMS messaging.
3. Optional SMS Notification Program
Individuals who separately and affirmatively subscribe to the Club's SMS notification program may receive Camden County Wildcats football-related text messages.
Messages may include game scores, schedule updates, game-day information, final results, and published recap notifications.
Consent to receive recurring SMS messages is not required to access public website content, purchase raffle tickets, or participate in Club fundraising activities.
