Camden County Celebrates Homecoming 2026 with Parade & Bonfire
Wildcat pride took over downtown Kingsland as Camden County High School celebrated one of Homecoming Week’s biggest traditions — the 2026 Homecoming Parade and Bonfire. Students, athletes, clubs, families, and Wildcat supporters lined the route and filled downtown with black and blue as the community came together to celebrate Camden County.
Wildcat Spirit Takes Over Downtown Kingsland
The Homecoming Parade is about more than floats and decorations.
It gives the entire Camden County community an opportunity to celebrate the students, organizations, athletic programs, and traditions that make up Wildcat Nation.
For the evening, downtown Kingsland became an extension of Camden County High School as students and supporters helped build the excitement for Homecoming.
This year’s Homecoming theme, “Lights, Cameras, Wildcats!”, brought themed activities and school spirit throughout the week.
From the Parade to the Bonfire
After the parade, the celebration continued with the traditional Homecoming pep rally and bonfire.
Students, families, athletes, coaches, and supporters gathered together for one more big Homecoming Week celebration before Friday night under the lights.
The bonfire has become another opportunity for the community to come together, show its Wildcat pride, and build excitement for the Homecoming game.
Homecoming Week Continues
The parade and bonfire were part of a full week of Camden County Homecoming activities, including spirit days, Powder Puff football, Mr. Wildcat, and other student events.
Now, the attention turns to Chris Gilman Stadium and Homecoming Friday.
The Camden County Wildcats will take the field Friday night as students, alumni, families, and fans come together for one of the biggest nights of the season.
The 2026 Homecoming Queen will also be crowned during halftime.

From the streets of downtown Kingsland to the lights of Chris Gilman Stadium, Homecoming is another reminder that Camden County football is about more than what happens between the sidelines.
It’s the students.
